Joby is a digital employment platform that aims to connect job seekers with companies and employers.
Platform services include, based on available features:

Job searching.
Applying for jobs.
Resume/CV creation and management.
Subscription services and packages.
The user must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.
The user is responsible for:
The accuracy of the information provided.
Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
All activities that occur under their account.
Updating account information as necessary.
Joby reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if false or misleading information is provided, or if the platform is used in violation of these terms.
A job seeker can:
Browse job openings.
Search for jobs.
Apply for jobs.
Create a resume/CV.
Edit their resume/CV.
Joby does not guarantee that the user will secure employment as a result of using the platform or applying for any job.
Companies and employers can use Joby to post job openings, access candidates, and manage job applications.
The company assumes responsibility for:
The accuracy of company information.
The accuracy of job postings.
Not publishing fake or misleading job listings.
Not using the platform for unlawful purposes.
Respecting the privacy of applicants.
Using candidate information solely for legitimate hiring purposes.
The user is fully responsible for the information contained in their resume/CV.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Providing false information.
Impersonating qualifications or work experience.
Impersonating another person.
Providing fake certificates or non-existent work experience.
Joby is not responsible for decisions made by employers based on information provided by the user.
Joby provides free and paid packages according to what is available within the application.
Packages may vary in terms of:
Price.
Subscription duration.
Features.
Usage limits for certain services.
Package details are displayed prior to completing the purchase process.
Users can pay for subscriptions using payment methods provided by Joby, including:
MTN Cash.
Bank Al-Baraka.
Al-Haram.
Syriatel.
Joby may request the transaction number or proof of payment from the user to verify the payment transaction.
Sending the payment amount does not necessarily guarantee immediate subscription activation.
The package is activated after payment verification and confirmation by Joby.
If payment verification cannot be completed, Joby reserves the right to delay subscription activation until successful processing is confirmed.
The user is responsible for:
Using the correct payment method.
Sending the correct amount.
Sending the amount to the correct recipient or number.
Entering the transaction number correctly when requested.
Retaining proof of payment.
Joby is not responsible for transfers made to an incorrect number or account due to inaccurate information entered by the user.
The price of each package is displayed before completing the purchase process.
Joby reserves the right to modify package prices or features in the future.
New prices apply to new subscription orders unless announced otherwise.
The subscription period begins on the date the package is activated.
The subscription ends upon the expiration of the specified package duration or when usage limits are exhausted, if the package depends on usage limits.
Joby subscriptions do not renew automatically.
Upon expiration of a subscription, the user can purchase a new package according to the available packages and prices at that time.
The user retains ownership rights to the content they add to Joby.
The user grants Joby the necessary permission to process, store, display, and use this content as required to deliver the services, such as:
Creating resumes/CVs.
Applying for jobs.
Displaying professional profiles.
Using Joby for the following is prohibited:
Publishing illegal content.
Fraud or scams.
Posting fake jobs.
Providing misleading information.
Impersonation.
Infringing upon the rights of others.
Violating privacy.
Distributing malware or harmful software.
Threats, abuse, or defamation.
Using the platform for illegal purposes.
Joby is an intermediary platform connecting job seekers and employers and is not a party to any employment contract.
Joby does not guarantee:
Securing a job for the user.
The accuracy of all information provided by employers.
Salary levels.
Working conditions.
Acceptance of the applicant.
The outcome of any recruitment process.
Joby strives to provide its services continuously, but some services may be temporarily interrupted due to:
Maintenance.
System updates.
Technical glitches.
Network issues.
Third-party service provider issues.
Circumstances beyond control.
Joby reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of:
Violation of these Terms.
Misuse of the platform.
Providing fake information.
Attempted fraud.
Endangering the platform or its users.
Non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
All rights related to the Joby name, logo, design, software, and proprietary content belong to Joby or its licensed rights holders.
Copying, modifying, distributing, or reusing these elements without prior written permission is prohibited.
Joby provides its services based on available technical capabilities.
Joby does not guarantee that all information will be entirely accurate or error-free.
Joby also does not guarantee that the user will obtain a job, an interview, or acceptance by any company.
Joby may update these Terms from time to time.
Amendments will be published within the application or website.
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations in force in the Syrian Arab Republic, unless applicable mandatory law dictates otherwise.
