• Use available AI services.
• Conduct virtual practice interviews.

Joby does not guarantee employment as a result of using the platform or applying for a job.

4. Employer Services

Companies and employers may use Joby to publish jobs, reach candidates, and manage applications.

Employers are responsible for:

• Accurate company information.
• Accurate job information.
• Not publishing fraudulent or misleading jobs.
• Complying with applicable laws.
• Respecting applicants' privacy.
• Using candidate information for legitimate employment purposes.

5. Resumes

Users are fully responsible for the information contained in their resumes.

Users must not:

• Provide false information.
• Misrepresent qualifications or experience.
• Impersonate another person.
• Submit false certificates or work experience.

Joby is not responsible for employment decisions made by employers based on user-provided information.

6. AI Services

Joby may provide AI-powered services including:

• Resume improvement.
• Skill suggestions.
• Professional summary improvement.
• Spelling correction.
• Text improvement.
• Virtual interviews.
• Training feedback.

These services are provided for assistance and training purposes only.

Joby does not guarantee:

• The accuracy of all AI-generated results.
• Employment.
• An interview invitation.
• Resume acceptance.
• Success in a real interview.

Users should review AI-generated content before using it.

7. Virtual Interviews

Virtual interviews are training tools designed to help users prepare for real-world interviews.

Any score, evaluation, or feedback generated by the system is intended as guidance and does not constitute a definitive professional assessment of the user's abilities.

8. Plans and Subscriptions

Joby may offer free and paid plans.

Plans may differ in:

• Price.
• Subscription duration.
• Features.
• Number of available uses.
• AI usage limits.

Plan details will be displayed before purchase.

9. Payment Methods

Users may pay for Joby subscriptions using payment methods made available by Joby, including:

• MTN Cash.
• Al Baraka Bank.
• Al Haram.
• Syriatel.

Joby may request a transaction reference or proof of payment to verify a payment.

10. Subscription Activation

Sending a payment does not necessarily mean that the subscription will be activated immediately.

The plan will be activated after Joby verifies and confirms the payment.

If a payment cannot be verified, Joby may delay activation until the transaction is confirmed.

11. User Responsibility for Payments

Users are responsible for:

• Using the correct payment method.
• Sending the correct amount.
• Sending the payment to the correct account or number.
• Providing an accurate transaction reference when requested.
• Keeping proof of payment.

Joby is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect account or number due to incorrect information provided by the user.

12. Pricing

The price of each plan will be displayed before purchase.

Joby may change plan prices or features in the future.

Unless otherwise stated, updated prices will apply to new subscriptions.

13. Subscription Duration

The subscription period begins on the date the plan is activated.

The subscription ends when the specified period expires or when the applicable usage limits are reached, if the plan is subject to usage limits.

14. Renewal

Joby subscriptions do not automatically renew.

After a subscription expires, users may purchase a new plan according to the plans and prices available at that time.

15. Cancellation and Refunds

Users may contact Joby regarding subscription cancellation or refund requests.

Refund requests will be reviewed based on the transaction status and the extent to which the purchased plan or services have been used.

A user may not be eligible for a refund if:

• Paid services or benefits have been partially or fully used.
• AI services have been used.
• Virtual interviews have been used.
• The plan's usage limits have been consumed.

If payment was successfully completed but the subscription was not activated due to a technical issue caused by Joby, the user may contact support to resolve the issue. Joby may activate the service or process a refund depending on the circumstances of the transaction.

Any refund is also subject to the payment method and financial institution through which the transaction was processed.

16. User Content

Users retain their rights in the content they submit to Joby.

Users grant Joby the necessary permission to process, store, display, and use such content to provide services, including:

• Resume creation.
• Job applications.
• Professional profile display.
• AI-powered services.

17. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use Joby to:

• Publish unlawful content.
• Commit fraud.
• Publish fraudulent jobs.
• Provide misleading information.
• Impersonate another person.
• Violate the rights of others.
• Violate privacy.
• Distribute malicious software.
• Threaten, harass, or defame others.
• Engage in unlawful activities.

18. Jobs and Employment Relationship

Joby is a platform connecting job seekers and employers and is not a party to any employment agreement.

Joby does not guarantee:

• Employment.
• Accuracy of all employer-provided information.
• Salary.
• Employment conditions.
• Candidate acceptance.
• Recruitment outcomes.

19. Service Availability

Joby aims to keep its services available, but certain services may temporarily become unavailable due to:

• Maintenance.
• Updates.
• Technical failures.
• Network issues.
• Third-party service issues.
• Circumstances beyond reasonable control.

20. Account Suspension or Termination

Joby may suspend or terminate an account if the user:

• Violates these Terms.
• Misuses the platform.
• Provides false information.
• Attempts fraud.
• Poses a risk to the platform or other users.
• Violates applicable laws.

21. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the Joby name, logo, design, software, and Joby-owned content belong to Joby or its respective licensors.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse such materials without prior authorization.

22. Limitation of Liability

Joby provides its services based on available technology and reasonable operational capabilities.

Joby does not guarantee that all information or AI-generated results will be accurate or error-free.

Joby does not guarantee employment, interviews, or acceptance by any company.

23. Changes to These Terms

Joby may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will be published through the application or website.

24. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Syrian Arab Republic, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
